In our ongoing commitment to delivering optimal service to all clients, we have introduced a comprehensive No Show, Cancel, and Reschedule Policy. This policy is carefully designed to maintain fairness and uphold the standards of excellence for both our clients and our dedicated team of professionals.
Deposit requirement
To secure your appointment and affirm your commitment, a deposit of 20% or more is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total service cost. Requesting a deposit ensures effective schedule management and resource allocation, aligning with our commitment to high service standards.
Reschedule policy
For rescheduling requests, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While we strive to accommodate your preferred time, repeated rescheduling within a short period may trigger our cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy
Acknowledging that plans may change, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the loss of your deposit for the scheduled service. If the deposit remains unpaid, the charge will be carried over to your next appointment.
No-Show policy
In the event of a failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification, a “no-show” fee equivalent to 20% of the scheduled service will be charged to your account. If the deposit remains unpaid, the charge will be carried over to your next appointment.
